How do I know if I am eligible to apply for an SME Business Loan?

To apply for an SME Business Loan, you must meet the following criteria:

1. At least three (3) years of business operations
2. Filipino Citizen Ownership
3. At least 1 year Philippine Resident Tenure

What are the requirements to apply?

For Sole Proprietorship:

 

Basic Requirements

  • Completely filled up and signed the application form.
  • One ( 1 ) valid government issued ID with signature and photo
  • Marriage contract of all parties to the transaction, if applicable.

For Employed

  • Latest Income Tax Return or BIR Form 2316 with payslips for at least three ( 3 ) months.
  • Original Certificate of Employment and Income

For Self Employed/ Owns Business to be submitted upon application
Business background/company profile
Certificate of Business registration ( for sole proprietorship )
Business/ Mayor’s Permit
Latest Income Tax Return with BIR or Bank stamp
Audited Financial Statements ( AFS ) for the last three ( 3 ) years
Bank statements or photocopy of passbook for the last three ( 3 ) months
Proof of other income, if any

Collateral Documents to be submitted upon application
Photocopy of TCT/CCT/OCT
Lot Plan/ Vicinity Map

Building Plans and Floor Plans
Bill of Materials and Labor Cost
Building Permit

For Rented / Leased Properties
